The SPRING three-in-one feeder is specifically designed for automated feeding, uncoiling, and leveling of medium and thin plates in stamping processes. The surface of the clamping rollers is treated with hard chrome plating and low-sand blasting, effectively increasing the friction between the material and the rollers. This ensures that the material does not slip during the correction and feeding process, achieving high precision feeding. The equipment uses imported components, pneumatic elements, bearings, and electrical parts. The control system features a touch screen with large-capacity memory for user product parameters and a comprehensive fault alarm system.
